吃,碰,槓 (CHOW, PUNG, KUNG) is an interdisciplinary performance using live video, Mahjong, green screen techniques, and Drag performance by Maiden China and SKIM on Zoom.

Maiden China and SKIM are drag siblings, artistic collaborators and close friends. They have worked together in various capacities, partied till morning light at various afters and they are in a constant Scrabble and Mahjong war.

This experimental performance explores the weight of representation as marginalized members of the Korean and Chinese diaspora; the complexities and intersections of gender and sexuality; and exploring bodies through multiplicities.

This performance builds on Kendell and Romi's previous works which centre around care, the refusal of being consumed, and the significance of chosen family.
