Research for by means of each other began by observing our everyday behaviour and domestic situations as we interacted in our home. Certain situations sparked interest because of their hilarious, awkward, endearing, or hostile nature. What could these moments tell us about the nuances of communication? What roles and dynamics do we adhere to, or choose to resist, in a relationship? What could be unearthed about partnership?

Slivers, chunks, and total exaggerations are taken from our experience as partners to make a duet where we must continually organize around and through one another.
