My Mental Institution is a playful and interactive virtual tour in a tear down house in Vancouver, an autobiographical lens on isolation, mental health and impermanence. Is there something in the very instability, a push into the unknown, that drives us to create? Using tools from his clown school education and his various multi-disciplinary art practises, the multi Raj's try to play themselves out in this rendered experience.

Bearing witness to constant and accelerating change and instability of housing and art spaces in the cityscape of Vancouver merits investigation with an inspired lens. I have been living with an acute awareness of impermanence and change as a cultural experience, one shared by many and now becoming part of the common narrative in our city’s life.
