We see a dance-shaped hole in discourse around modes of work, communication and politics in the dance arts. We also see potential for change. In creating we wonder how statistics, strategies, science and politics garnered from a broader scope of culture can help dance artists navigate our roles in society and empower us as artists.

As a maker, Alexa works with movement, writing, curation, and discussion to investigate expanded notions of dance:
